PASSAGE Mobility: safe school rides for children in Kampala, Uganda

PASSAGE is a child mobility app that lets parents book safe, verified rides to and from school. Every rider and driver is vetted with National ID, passport photo and riding permit before approval.

How PASSAGE keeps your child safe

• Verified boda boda riders and vehicle drivers, approved by the PASSAGE team.
• Live trip tracking from pickup to drop-off.
• QR-tag check at pickup so the right child boards with the right rider.
• PIN-verified drop-off: the trip only completes when the parent's PIN is confirmed.
• One-tap SOS that shares the current location with PASSAGE staff instantly.
• Scheduled afternoon pickups and automatic dispatch to the nearest available rider.

For parents and riders

Parents register their children, request a boda boda or vehicle ride and follow the journey in real time. Riders and drivers apply in the app, upload their documents and start receiving nearby rides once approved.
